What SupplyMore Does
Centralized warehousing breaks down in informal markets. SupplyMore brings stock to the neighborhood — not the other way around.
Micro-warehouses are placed inside or adjacent to dense trading corridors — each hub covers a 5km radius and stocks the top-velocity SKUs for that specific neighborhood's demand profile.
Hub stock levels are driven by real-time StockMore demand signals — when merchants draw down inventory via StockMore facilities, SupplyMore hubs automatically trigger replenishment cycles.
Orders placed before noon from verified Astrix merchants are fulfilled within 3 hours via the MoveMore routing layer — eliminating overnight stockouts that cost merchants lost sales every day.
Hubs are operated by vetted Astrix partners who earn a fulfillment margin on every order dispatched — creating a self-sustaining network of embedded neighborhood operators with aligned incentives.
How SupplyMore Works
Astrix identifies high-density trading corridors and places hub operators in those zones. Each hub is stocked based on neighborhood demand data from the StockMore network.
Verified merchants place restocking orders through their Astrix dashboard, selecting from hub-available SKUs. StockMore credit facilities apply automatically where eligible.
MoveMore dispatches hub-to-merchant delivery within 3 hours. The merchant receives stock, the hub operator earns a fulfillment margin, and the system reorders to maintain hub depth.
